SWATplus-CUP

SWATplus-CUP is a Calibration Uncertainty Program for SWAT+. It can also be used to perform validation and sensitivity analysis.

SWATplus-CUP is a program for the calibration of SWAT+ models. The program performs single, behavioral, and multi-objective calibration, validation, sensitivity analysis (one-at-a-time and global), and uncertainty analysis. In addition, the program links SPE (formerly SUFI-2) and PSO algorithms to SWAT. 11 model performance criteria (e.g., R2, NS, Pbias) can be used in any combination to build Single, Behavioral, and Multi-Objective Functions to calibrate and validate SWAT models. The program has a graphical module to show simulation results, dotty plots to visualize parameter sensitivity, 95% prediction uncertainty (95PPU), p-factor and r-factor to quantify the uncertainty, sensitivity graphs, and watershed visualization using Bing Map statistical reports.
